Fire alarms are going off for no reason. A lot of homeless people hang around the stairs and up & down the streets, dog poop up & down the street. VERY SMALL 1 bedroom like living in a jail cell. Expensive.......
Management they look nice until you tell them I'm leaving!!! Suddenly they became monsters specifically that So called Lupe. My lease is up I don't want to renew it. To much noises at night plus the alarm system at least five times went off snow outside midnight early in the morning at 4:00 am. When you complain to the office they give you lawyers number to complain...!!! They play dum... And then that Lupe they gave me move out statement charging me $3200 as if I broke my lease. Love this building! It has so many amenities. It’s simple yet modern feeling in the apartments themselves. I don’t like paying for extras that I don’t feel fit into my life. This place is great for anyone looking to come from another state to set up a new life or to have a slice of Reno all to yourself. The Onyx at 695 delivers a great place to live on both accounts.
After multiple moves trying to find the right for moving here was the best experience I could've asked for. The whole application process was straightforward and there was always someone available to answer my questions. 10/10 would recommend
This property is ahead of its time in our little city. Gives Oregon or Washington vibes for sure! There’s a super cute courtyard with grills and areas for the kids to play. Also some apartments face the new concert hall downtown. Are you kidding me!? Office staff are friendly and engaging. I can’t wait to see what they plan for the summer!
