Enjoyed my stay here. Shay made sure my stay was accommodating and comfortable. Jayden is such a helpful and kind young man, and the young lady at the cafe (I believe she’s the supervisor) was also great. Lovely staff, lovely stay.
I have been staying here for few weeks and all the staff have been wonderful from check in to housekeeping to the parking security. They are all friendly and welcoming rooms are kept extremely clean would recommend to all. Thank you courtyard for your exceptional services.
The place is good and convenient, clean. The receptionist during night shift needs to be trained in proper customer service. The room was at 65 degrees in a -1 Fahrenheit degree weather. We called the hotel operator they asked us to try to manually increase it ( we later found out they operate this remotely ) they have a set temperature and won’t go up or down.
