Overall the place was really nice. The beds were super comfortable, sheets were super nice, pillows were exceptional. It was kind of a bummer that they didn’t have a Jacuzzi but I’m sure that they’re working on that.

Really frustrating service. (No WiFi either) Had to wait over 10 minutes when checking in for someone to even come to the desk, and when she arrived, it took even longer for her to help me. A line stacked up as this went on. In the morning, no one was available at the open coffee/ breakfast bar, and at least two patrons waited so long they gave up and left. Finally (and most bizarrely), the room keys only worked for 1 night (even for a multi-night stay). This was not communicated, so each day I’d be locked out of my room and... read more

Update: Day 13 and still no deposit back. They stole $150 from me. I will be disputing this with my bank. I hope this review saves you from getting robbed. DON’T BOOK HERE!! I would assume they would be professional but they are not. They took my deposit and I haven’t gotten refunded for it. They should state on their page or at least in person that it should take 7-10 days or even more such as my case! It’s day 10 and i still haven’t seen a notification for my refund. DON’T BOOK HERE!! I would assume they would be professional but they are not. They took my deposit and I haven’t gotten refunded for it. They should state on their page or at least in person that it should take 7-10 days or even more such as my case! It’s day 10 and i still haven’t seen a notification for my refund. I also emailed them about this, and I didn’t receive a response. Please do better and at least acknowledge the email.

All four pillows in our room had a smell, like they weren't washed or fresh. I called the front desk and requested at least 3 replacement pillows. I was told they would send some up, followed up about two hours later and were again told they would be taken care of. Then, when we returned from dinner around midnight, we checked with the front desk again, only to finally be told that there were no pillows available for replacement.
