El hotel es muy lindo, pero el servicio en recepción es pésimo. Había una persona de oriente chino atendiendo veníamos yo y mi familia. Desde un principio de la atención fue pésima aún así mantuve mi postura en ser educada. Salí en la noche por una botella de agua para mi esposo y yo es mi primera vez en este hotel, entonces quería saber si debía pagarla ahí o cómo hacerlo a lo cual la persona no tenía paciencia y me gritó diciéndome que tenía que pagar ahí, pero como me había dicho que cuál era mi habitación, yo no le enten... read more

Mmmm, da la impresión de ser un hotel un poco desatendido, desde su apariencia un poco desalineada y hasta el servicio del personal, que a veces no quita la vista de su celular con una expresión apática, mientras se olvida que está detrás de una recepción. La TV sin funcionar. Eso sí, amplio, inmediato y accesible estacionamiento... Como quiera funciona quedarse ahí, pero imagino puede haber mejorea opciones en el mismo rango..

I am giving this hotel 2 stars due to their lack of care to address excessive noise coming from neighboring rooms. I called down to the front desk at 2am and asked the person who answered to address what sounded like the TV next door being up very loud. The person said they would come check. I watched through the peep hole, he stood at the neighboring door for perhaps 30 seconds, did not knock, turned around and left. The noise continued beyond 6am in the morning. The location was great! Loved the dog accommodations provided by Marriott. Will definitely be returning and rebooking with courtyard by Marriott Vallejo nappa valley.

I stayed here for one night while traveling through the area. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and check-in was quick and easy. I didn’t have any issues with the room itself. What brought the rating down for me was the location and overall atmosphere. Even though the property is directly across from Six Flags, I didn’t find the area particularly pleasant, and I never really felt comfortable walking around, especially later in the evening.
