During my stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Brampton, a personal item went missing from my room. The hotel confirmed through room access records that maintenance entered my room while I was away to address a plumbing issue I had reported and authorized them to inspect. Afterward, the item could not be found. To the hotel's credit, they reviewed CCTV footage, room access logs, and conducted an internal investigation. I had a great experience here. Very clean, and very helpful staff.
Awful awful awful, NEVER coming back. Eveything broken. We asked get a new hair dryer and they refused to give us one. Rooms so small cant move. Got a suite and expected two rooms and they only had one bed and a single pull out. Left garbage in front of our room which wasn’t ours and just over all worst hotel i have ever been to.
First night water leak in room in 2 areas. Pool area had damaged ceiling and handles fir pool entrance were rusty and dirty . Another co worker had bugs walking around in his room . Elevator was dirty , bad odors in elevator and lobby .
