The customer service was excellent, but I felt like the hotel was a little tired. My room had a very comfortable bed and comfortable pillows. The room itself was great. I did notice that the ottoman and the couch had stains on them. They weren’t dirty, but they were stained. The bathroom was also very dark. It just seems like the lightbulbs are too dim for the bathroom. There was also no hair conditioner is the shower dispensers. Very clean room. Stayed on the sixth floor and it looked like it had just been renovated. Staff were hard-working and courteous. In particular Robert, the manager at the front desk was excellent, kind, professional, and understanding. I found him to be an excellent ambassador of the Marriott brand.
We recently stayed at this property and we were given a small room Ac Air condition was not working completely shut off carpet were damp and sticky what a horrible experience I don’t believe we stayed at Marriots it felt like a very cheap hotel.
