Great hotel with great amenities. The rooms are great size, clean, modern and clean.
When arriving we met Theresa At the front desk. She greeted us like family offered us waters and cookies for the kids. We will definitely be staying there again because of her customer service Marriott needs more employees like her.
Almost adequate but not up to standard I expect from Marriott. Room had had malodorus smell. Perhaps cigarettes, perhaps pets. Not good. Floors were dirty and towels gray. Staff was very pleasant and overall, very helpful and kind. Rooms definitely need a refresh and updating. Old and small Televisions very limited charging stations in the room. As a BonVoy member and frequent Marriott patron, this property falls way short of standard expected.
Bonita checked us in and was amazing and delightful. The lady who checked us out was pleasant as well but didn’t get her name. 4 stars because i feel the bathroom could have been cleaned better. Otherwise, good stay and great location. Near lots of authentic middle eastern food!
Well first off I live in Pensacola Florida and this room there is $450 a night compared to under a $100 in Tampa. Room was clean and spacious with a balcony. They no longer have a free Continental breakfast. It's advertised but no longer offered this was very disappointing
