I had a long day of driving from Winnipeg and Shannon and Flor were absolutely amazing in helping me with my luggage when I arrived. I have stayed at other properties on a drive through Canada the last few nights and the customer service I received from these two compared to other properties not in the Marriott brand showed me why I am a member. These two absolutely deserve a raise. I also ate at the bistro and both employees serving the bistro were incredible as well; however, I did not catch their names.
The staff and management are some of the worst I have ever dealt with. My family and had missed our connecting flight to get to Saskatoon due to plane issues. The hotel refused to not charge my card for the night even though we could not get there. The staff was very inconsiderate. I was a loyal Marriott customer. I will never stay at another .
