【立地】 TargetとTrader Joe’sが徒歩ですぐの距離にあり、買い物にはとても便利でした。夜は少しホームレスの方を見かけましたが、早歩きでホテルに戻ればフロントや駐車場には常に人がいるので、女子旅でも特に不安はありませんでした‍♀️ サンタモニカビーチまでも、明るい時間帯であれば観光客がたくさん歩いているので、徒歩で問題なく行けました。 【お部屋】 5人でクイーンベッド2台＋ソファベッド1台のお部屋に泊まりましたが、スーツケースを広げても十分な広さがありました◎ 小さめの冷蔵庫（冷凍庫機能はなし）、電子レンジ、コーヒーマシーンがあり、コーヒーマシーンではお湯も沸かせるので、スーパーで買ったものを食べる際にとても便利でしたカトラリーはありませんでした。 【フロント】 常にスタッフがいて、英語もゆっくり分かりやすく話してくれました ただ、チェックイン時にタオルと掛け布団が足りなかったため、フロントにお願いしましたが、1時間以上経っても届きませんでした。 一方で、最終日にどうしても日本へハガキを出したくてフロントの男性スタッフに相談したところ、なんと代わりに郵便局まで行ってくださいました。お名前が分からないのが残念ですが、対応してくださっ... read more

The staff here are the nicest staff I've ever met. There are no glasses in the rooms but the young man at the desk went to the end of the earth and washed wine glasses so I wouldn't have to pour my nice wine into a paper cup. They decided to test the alarm 2 hours before checkout. Seems like there is a pretty good window between checkout and the next check-in time just a thought. The last thing I remember now is an obnoxious fire alarm test that was poorly planned. And expensive mid rooms.

The nicer rooms with balconies are unfortunately overlooking the light rail stop at the end of the line, and it seems like they are required to blow their horn every time they start or stop moving, starting at 5 am. Located near the pier in downtown Santa Monica, the location is otherwise convenient. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the staff were great.
