Stayed here multiple nights. Absolutely fantastic hotel. The hotel is nice, the location is nice, front desk help is nice, etc. The room was very clean with no smells or dirt (and I am very picky). I will definitely visit again if I'm in the area. In addition, if you're really into walking, you can actually walk fast approximately 1 hour 10 minutes to the Miramar Beach Public Access from this hotel.
A/C not working. Kept shutting off. Miserable night. Checked in late so did not ask for a room change. We thought it would cool down but never did. Service desk never even said they were sorry or sympathetic. I would not stay here again. They also tried to charge for breakfast that I had previously paid for.
This hotel is exceptional! Great location, just a few miles from Miramar Beach and a WalMart. The staff is top notch! They have recently renovated rooms with clean beds and brand new sheets! The complimentary breakfast is one of the best I have seen anywhere (and I work in the hospitality industry). They make toasted egg muffin sandwiches, toasted syrup muffin sandwiches (almost the same as a McDonald's McGriddle), turkey sausage, pork sausage, folded egg crepes, biscuits with gravy, fruit, juice, etc. etc.... all delicious ... read more
Great Customer Service, but the Rooms Need Major Maintenance Overall Rating: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) Pros: Customer Service: The front desk and staff were pleasant, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Cons: Room Quality: The room itself was in rough shape and severely neglected. Walls: The paint was scuffed and desperately in need of a fresh coat.
