I have a mostly positive review but keep in mind I pay for rooms that either overlook the pool when available(2nd level) or are poolside (you walk out of your room straight to the pool). So I have no idea about the interior rooms with other views. The upstairs rooms overlooking the pool are great in my experience. They're spacious, have wood floors (no gross carpeting), nice big TV that swivels, fridge/microwave, queen bed it pretty comfy and there's a balcony. Great location! Behind the hotel is the Pacific Stairway. What a great view and spot to enter the beach. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Beds squeak at every movement. Terrible service. I went to customer service asking if there was another bed that didn’t make noise and Carlos said no. They didn’t even try to help. I would not recommend this hotel at all. I was showing how bad the bed squeaked and Carlos walked out of the room. If you want good sleep, don’t book here. This hospitality service deserves a -5.

They do not provide any water for the room, even asked at the front desk. For $341 a night, I thought Wow!!
