This is my go to hotel when we go to San Antonio. The beds and pillows are SO comfortable. I feel spoiled not only by the comfort of the rooms but the service that they provide is exceptional.

First of all this is a franchise and not a corporate Marriott so don't be fooled. It's totally a ruse because all the benefits you get as a member are mostly ignored here. Breakfast? Expensive. Coffee in the lobby? $11. Nothing is given and you're charged for everything. The pool towels were almost empty and the ones that were there had Tons of threads falling off them like they had been worn out washed too many times. Stay was completely rude and inconsiderate. We stayed at this hotel while a family member was at the University Hospital, so it was a stressful time for our family. The kindness and hospitality we received from the staff honestly made the experience a little easier, and we really appreciated that. The hotel was nice, clean, and everyone we interacted with was incredibly helpful and understanding.
