Check- in was smooth. Rooms were clean. Location is not far from the sports complex. Numerous dining options nearby. Alisha was very personable and exhibited great patience with guest! She was great!
The staff was very welcoming and nice.
The front desk ladies Amanda and Alicia, (aka her) were a very welcoming duo to start off our stay. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, but the room did have an off smell to it.
I'm not even there yet and I've already had the worst possible experience ever. I received an email telling me it was time to check in, so I did. It appeared to go through, even confirming my payment card. However, it seemed to be showing 3 reservations, not just one. So I called the hotel directly, and the woman who answered immediately started arguing with me saying I couldn't have checked in because I won't arrive until tomorrow.
