Look, I get it. There was this time where we were all freaked out about Covid which admittedly sucked and we stopped doing things like servicing rooms during stays but.... we've moved on. So has just about every other hotel. Not at least refreshing towels is kind of a miss. Otherwise, very nice, very clean, very well located hotel.
The room was clean but the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were flat- even doubled. Very quiet, good sized room, great coffee maker but... The shower is large with no door (impressive looking design, but...) having no door the over spray settles on the VERY smooth and (when wet) VERY slippery tile floor. I actually fell when getting off the toilet- my feet felt like they were in ice skates and I went down hard. We were exhausted after a long day of travel. Tiffany went out of her way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.
