The room wasn't what we ordered and of course they were fully booked so they couldn't get us the room we wanted. The bed was hard as a stone. The shower had mold and the bathroom door frame was rusted. We paid for a river yet it must have been the parking lot river, LoL
Muy romántico
We may have had a small snafu in the beginning but Colleen handled everything like a pro and we had such a phenomenal time in Portland. Beautiful room, beautiful courtyard, beautiful views. All around a wonderful place. Thanks again to the Front Desk Staff.
Overall was ok, But the industrial washer dryer vibration was crazy at 4th floor 7:00 am evert thing was shaking inside the room! There was a swimsuit left at the chair by previous guest and never was checked and removed! (I throw it in the garbage!) The shower and bathtub was old and not cleaned properly
