The hotel is nice, but they don’t give you anything for your status. There’s no coffee or anything for breakfast. I’ve stayed at cheaper & more expensive hotels & they offer more than this hotel. Nice view & hotel; the amenities just aren’t there in my opinion.

Staff: The staff was unfailingly polite, pleasant, and helpful. I can’t say enough nice things about their hard work and positive attitude. It was clear the hotel is operating on a skeleton staff, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate guests.Location: The hotel is located near the end of a narrow street that has a lot of curves. My family and I stayed and room 416 at the courtyard by Marriott Portland North, and is was one of the most humiliating experiences of our lives, while attempting to clarity an unauthorized $500 charge on our card, the shift supervisor, Juan , became extremely hostile. My husband and I booked this hotel for my birthday weekend because we wanted to relax and enjoy a quiet staycation. Unfortunately, that was NOT our experience. We were placed on a lower level with a family having a party directly above us. The noise was so loud that we actually had to leave the hotel and come back after midnight.
