The front desk attendant was rude when I arrived early and wouldn't let me check in until 2 pm as a gold member, and gave me a first floor room as a woman traveling alone. I guess every other room in this dump was booked? I doubt it considering how awful this room is. While I let that go, the room itself is in poor condition.
