THE STAFF wow! Our family was blown away with how incredibly friendly every single staff member was at this hotel. From the restaurant, to the front desk, to housekeeping - 10/10 wonderful & amazing staff! Whoever does the employment here, you should be very proud! I was visiting a client for work and stayed here during my time in town. The room was the perfect size, clean and had everything I needed. I would stay here again. The staff was friendly and the food from the hotel was good. There's mostly finger foods but they get the job done. The location is centeral and easy to get around from there.

The hotel has been updated, but you can hear everything. We could hear the music at McGuire’s, and the people above us fighting. The front desk staff weren’t friendly at all. The housekeeping was amazing and so friendly! The hotel thinks it’s better than it is and there are better hotels in Pensacola
