The bed in Room 203 was the most uncomfortable bed that I have ever slept on in any hotel. It was hard and very noisy. Every time I moved, it made noises. Also, the shower curtain is 2” too short and on the edge, allowing water to go on the floor. The floor was sopping wet. It took several towels to mop it up. That makes for a very dangerously wet floor.
My first time experiencing rascism in the states. The personel in duty were extremely rude and look down upon us. It was extremely shocking coming from Pensacola and the industry service. You could see the plain disgust from the staff on duty on July 31, 2026 at 5pm. Made my family and I feel completely appalled and horrified. I definitely did not expext to be treated like trash.
