Once again, the bar and restaurant are closed tonight due to "mechanical issues." This is so common with this hotel chain. One stay was "food order was not delivered" and another was "employee did not show up for work" and now it is "a maintenance issue." There is always a reason for poor service.
Extremely courteous and helpful staff treated us so kindly. Truly made the stay very very pleasant.
Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Pensacola.
