Very convenient location. Right next to Historical District of the city. Staff goes above and beyond (Faith) was warm and very welcoming , got us checked in and quickly answered all of our questions. She was so very kind to my grandmother who suffers from dementia and sometimes repeats her self . Faith didn't mind listening she gave us her time and didn't waste our time. Great they have free parking and liked the outdoor pool. Front desk staff would not check for a complimentary upgrade at check-in telling me they were fully booked although I later went and saw at least five rooms still available on the bonvoy app. I booked a room for four guests and hotel failed to provide four sets of towels but gave us three. When we called down to Faith at the front desk (evening shift on a Monday) Faith informed me only two sets of towels are provided and if I wanted extra I would have to come for them.... read more
We stayed for only one evening however, it was awesome! Ray at the front desk was very helpful on the numerous occasions he saw us coming in and out of the lobby. He offered fantastic recommendations on what to do and where to eat in the area. Maria was on point at the bar, offering a friendly smile to all and a quick conversation to make you feel right at home. Nyah was great upon our check out with great conversation and a smile. Good location, staff was friendly, and the price was fair.. Didn't use the pool or hot tub, but they looked clean and overall the grounds were well kept. I would definitely stay here again.
This was one of the best stays I have had at any hotel. Every single staff was very friendly and kind. Hotel was spotless, food was good, and everyone was kind with a smile.
