Room is nice but hotel staff is not. Shaina at the front desk is incredibly rude. She was who checked us in but only after she made us wait 5 minutes because she didn’t want to stop stocking the snacks when it was already late and we were holding food to eat. Upon checking in, we were asked if we brought a car and said yes. Then we were told there was a $10 per night parking fee. I have stayed at other Bonvoy properties and never had to pay extra to park.
