I'm going to give a great review only because of how friendly and kind the employees have always been to me. When I got there my room wasn't on the first floor like I usually ask, but they quickly changed my room. I have disabilities and I'm injured right now, so I asked for a later checkout time last time. Housekeeping kept knocking on my door every two hours. I just wanted to get some rest on my vacation. That was last Thanksgiving. I went again, and the message was not given to the manager.
