Excellent location! The front desk is very inviting and attentive. If you stay here you need a Mountain View because WOW is it gorgeous. Room was very clean.
The pool deck is super slick when wet so it’s quite dangerous. The pool was very chilly!!! And then I hung my swimsuit and cover up in my bathroom. Out of sight behind the door, I failed to pack it the next morning. I called (which is ridiculously difficult) when I realized what I’d done. To no avail! They deny it being left there, and continue to claim no one found it. If it was missed by the cleaner, then the next customer would have reported it. I am not a fan of open air mall life which is where this hotel is, but the hotel itself is nice the room have a modern cozy feel. But not much to do around aside from going shopping or to the restaurant.
