I stayed here for a business trip on 4/12/26, the room smelled like a wet stinky basement, the air conditioning didn’t work!!! I have a heart condition! I could barely breathe!! This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed at! The employees was very nice and courteous. This place is like the Bates Motel!! While checking out, the employee walked past, with a pitcher of ice to put in the portable air conditioner!!!! The whole place was musty!!! We couldn’t leave because we got there to late, but I would never ever come back!!!
Where do I start! My room had mold on it which I am very allergic to. There were no rooms that I could be switched to so my colleague offered to let me stay in her room where the AC was broken. The hallways and entrance were musty and humid. The poor hotel staff were sweating profusely and looked so uncomfortable. They were kind and apologetic; however this is disgraceful work conditions for them. The owner of this hotel should be ashamed of how it looks, smells and how they treat their employees! I will never go there again... read more
