This was a horrible experience. During check in I was asked if I would like service to clean the room like changing my sheets and towels either everyday Or every other day, I requested the “everyday” option. They literally came only on my last day before I left, and they did not change my sheets because I had a little makeup on the sheets from the first night, the staff fully made up my bed using the exact same sheets. I’ve been to NYC several times and have stayed at some great hotels, so I had high expectations for this trip. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Let’s start with the front desk staff, because wow. Every interaction both over the phone and in person felt like I was personally inconveniencing them by existing.
