Place is a joke... Imagine being told that the elevator is broken and the only available rooms are on the 3rd floor... Of course no call or message to tell is ahead of time. Just a surprise once you arrive and unload everything... Such a joke...
I am posting this review after waiting months for the General Manager / Marriott Corporate to address an illegal fee and unacceptable staff conduct at this location. During my check-in on June 11th, a minor card technicality resulted in the night manager treating me with immediate suspicion, aggression, and hostility. As an autistic individual, this intense and confrontational behavior triggered severe anxiety and a medical meltdown once I reached my room.
