Check in on app. Get to front desk and they ask for my credit card. I explain that I don’t want anything but incidentals on it. They said there won’t be because I booked on points. Patronizing front desk woman kept acting like I couldn’t catch on to her blatant doublespeak, as if I’m the hotel front desk person in this equation. Then, as the clock struck midnight, this hotel charged me a night’s rate like I knew they would. $110 charge. And I stayed on points. Love to stay here on the way to Florida and had left a review on here 5 years ago recognizing someone for their service and wanted to recognize Art at the front desk this morning. Super sharp guy, bright, enthusiastic and I didn't get the name of the two girls from the night before checking me, but they were great, too. I don't want too many people to know how great this place because it might start filling up on me and I won't be able to get a room but they deserve recognition!
