The room had bugs. Notified Management and was told all they could offer is 10K points. I would not stay here again.
Room had a cheap cologne/sweat smell.. Towels had hair in them, shower smelled like dirty cleaning towels. Coffee didn't taste fresh, and no way to get fresh air into rooms.
Great hotel, rooms are superb
