Good hotel close to Broadway. Close to everything. Staff are friendly and helpful. Shout out to Desmond at the front desk. Nice gentleman.
nagia was great at check in and very friendly and funny
Convenient location and extremely friendly staff. The hotel itself and the rooms need help. It smells mildewy and our room felt unclean (see photos). Missing vent cover, stained floors and bathroom door to name a few things. We stayed for a conference here but likely won’t be back.
Daylong was great. Huge help and nice.
