This hotel location was formerly a bank therefor the floor plan for the rooms was "made to fit" existing obstacles. Our sink was outside of the bathroom with no privacy except the it was at the end of a 8' hallway with a vanity barely more that a couple of feet (2) wide with a shelf at elbow level that extended partially over the sink whereas, the shower/toilet room next to it was reasonable large like an ADA stall. I was just reviewing my invoices, using AI to find any issues of my past invoices for all my hotel stays from last year and noticed I was sent a second charge 4 days after I checked out for $10 plus tax for bottled water. I do not buy or use any water at a hotel unless it is given to me as a Titanium Member. And for them to send it 4 days later hoping I would not see this is just stealing. Now that I have AI scanning all charges and invoices, I will avoid this in the future.
Me and my husband stayed here for the week, Had a great Experience location was convenient. Gia checked us in was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The only complaint is valet prices ridiculous.
Mike S at valet set us up for a fantastic weekend! Recommended great restaurants and was more than accommodating to wait patiently for our check in and get our luggage timely to us.
