Would not recommend this hotel. While the check-in was easy and the hotel is clean, the service is very inconsistent. We opted to include the breakfast in our rate so the morning would be easy before the ferry. The hotel could not provide adequate staffing to provide breakfast within 2 hours, if that. They had 1 person taking orders and making drinks for all 15-20 people in the breakfast area. Maybe 1 person behind making food. Had we waited to order we would have missed our ferry. Mattress to soft for me and the window soundproofing need improvement against noisy motorcycles. Otherwise very nice hotel. Great and friendly staff. We recommend breakfast at Gabriel's Gourmet Café one street block away. Avoid sport season, pool and hot pool invaded by teenagers without parental supervision.
Good location to walk to the waterfront. Good restaurants within walking distance. Quiet area.
