This hotel was amazing and a life saver! We had a horrible experience at a Hilton hotel down the road that we actually booked. So we were literally about to drive home and say for get the whole thing. We then tried another hotel (breakers) but it was a third party scammed and they actually had no rooms available, but on the phone the lady promised us, we got there and the front desk said that was not thier number on the web site. Really disappointed in this property after flying across the map - should have read more reviews. For my 1st visit to Myrtle Beack and as a Titanium member I am extremely disappointed in the property (cleanliness) and staff. We had to have our sheets changed when we finally gained access to our room (I had to make a.second request as somehow the front desk neglected to let housekeeping know). Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve had. I booked a suite and specifically requested a higher floor for privacy and comfort. When I arrived, there was no actual suite waiting for us—just a regular room with a sofa and no divider at all, so there was absolutely no privacy. To make matters worse, the room was so dusty that I had to clean it myself because my son has severe allergies, and I couldn’t risk him staying in those conditions.
