Normally we stay here and love the rooms. This time we used our points and the room was not as nice at all. The bathroom had a tub shower combo instead of the beautiful walk in shower and the room was much smaller all together.

Room was just ok. Have stayed at this location multiple times. This time the room wasn't very clean. Shower floor was dirty and whatever was on the shower floor made it dangerously slippery. I had to clean the floor before I could shower safely. Previous hotel guest had left food in the microwave which we discovered. Gross. Shower water was plenty hot until the last day when it was, at best, lukewarm. Marriott usually does better. This stay was disappointing.

This is far the worst experience I have ever had at a marriott. I have been traveling and using marriott for over twenty five years. The staff at this location are not knowledgeable on there.Properly property and or marriott services. Upon check in my room was not clean the Carpet was wet and when I walked on to the tile.I almost slipped and Almost fell. The mirrors in the bathroom and bedroom area were dirty with Fingerprints all over them. As I left to go have dinner with family, I let the front Desk know about the issue. ... read more
