First off, I booked two rooms, 1for my supervisor and 1 for me he had to change rooms cause it was nasty. And I paid for room service for them to come clean. My room, they did not the whole week. I had to go get my own towels ran out of toilet paper next week. We are coming back to Memphis, but we will not stay here. They are gypping people out of money for room service that they don't get. Will be contacting you about that

This is the worst MC property that I have ever stayed at. The room was ok but the light fixture in the bathroom was missing the cover and a lightbulb. The front panel of the vanity fell off. Then there was the roach issue. Came into the room later that night yo find a giant roach crawling up the wall. When we checked in we were told there was a small breakfast in the morning. Horrible experience, wouldn’t grant me my stay after I paid for the room because I’m a local in the city. for some odd reason they won’t service locals so if you’re from Memphis do not book here . Hotels looks like a ghost town btw no cars was there maybe 5 at the most

Horrible stay. Would not recommend. Had to wait in the lobby for over an hour for the room to be cleaned, along with other guests. There were plenty of employees at the front, hanging out and chatting, rather than helping to clean the rooms. The staff was “sorry for the wait,” but that was the only thing offered. The service provided by the staff, aside from a basic apology, was horrible. Not friendly or helpful, could not even get a smile. The room was outdated and was rushedly cleaned.
