The only thing good about my stay on 3.29.25 was the room. The renovation, when I pulled up, had me dismayed. (Booked online nonrefundable) The receptionist had an unpleasant demeanor, entrance gate stayed open (not secured), no food bar available, equipment and containers around the hotel, and unpleasing in appearance. This was the worst stay ever. I requested to chat with the manage and there was no follow-up. When I checked in the hotel looked condemned. The construction should have been alerted. My sick fell apart in the bathroom area and when I showered my tub was full of someone else's hair. Still no follow up from the manager! Kevin Sutton

- Front Door wouldn't open without prising it with your hands - No bistro - No Breakfast - Construction crews waking you up early - Dry wall dust all over your room -TV doesnt work correctly - AC didnt work - Gated area for vehicles was never locked. - Called marriott, they said to talk to the front desk. Front desk was unoccupied every time I walked through except check in. What an absolutely robbery. Avoid this place at all cost, its in a bad area too. The hotel is under renovation, and the cafe was closed while I was there. It would have been nice if the Bonvoy app listed that before I made my reservation. Also, the shower did not drain well, leaving me to stand in bath water.
