Check in was smooth. Desk clerk knew what he was doing. Lobby is small but best efficient use of space easily made. Our single king bedroom was sufficient in size and easy to move within. View was the very close apartment building next door so nothing special. Room also had a couch/lounger that could have been used for a childs bed if needed along with a table. Right from our arrival the staff were professional friendly and helpful we needed to change rooms to be near our daughter and her baby it was no problem! The breakfast was good and the coffee great! Buffet lunch had a good variety and the food on the rooftop bar was delicious prawn cocktails porkbelly arancini balls amazing .
Breakfast was terrible. Pancakes rock hard, coffee was terrible, gluten free options limited and not labelled, and no soy milk. How does a hotel run out of soy milk on a weekend when they know they will be busy? (And early in the morning so they would have known the night before or been able to do something about it but hours later there still was none). Not enough staff to order breakfast items and drinks. Very unorganised. Don’t waste your money on breakfast.
