The only positive about this place is location . 5 min walk from the airport. Dismal service from check in to check out. The front desk staff do not care one bit about their jobs. From not welcoming me and telling me where things were located (like the elevator at min) to just holding out their hand for my key cards and not looking at me or asking about my stay at check out… wow. We always stay there when we fly into Medford but lately service has gone down.. stayed there Monday night when checking in person at front desk had personality of a rock, always ask for top floor but got bottom floor… got woke up at 3 by noisy upstairs people called to complain no answer.. when I was leaving in the morning ghost town as usual lately.. There is a Bar/restraunt but too expensive
Been an elite member for a few years now, and this by far is the worst Marriott I’ve stayed in. The close proximity to the airport is literally the ONLY thing you’re paying for here. Period. There are FAR better hotels with shuttles close by. First of all- there is NO pool/jacuzzi because it was taken out for some mediocre gym with broken equipment. Second- their FOOD is obscenely overpriced. $15 plus tip for a cold cheeseburger I could get at the BK nearby for $3? You’re joking right? Third and most important- NO water bott... read more
Worst night of sleep on our trip. -Screwed on plastic air deflector on AC directs frigid air directly onto the bed. Every time it cycles you freeze. -Heavy comforter on bed to hot to use except during AC cycle. -Noisy refrigerator next to the head of the bed. —Blindingly bright light automatically comes on when using bathroom at night. -Noisy refrigerator next breakfast except for purchase.
