No problems checking in here. Very close to airport like 2 minutes away. Clean rooms nice day area to hang out for cocktails or a meal.
Room was fine but the service was very sub-par. Check-in was rude, the “bistro” is no more than just microwaved food (paid $20 for a burger) and was disappointed with the lack of hospitality. Oh, and you’re by the airport, so I hope you like plane noise. Clientele is very…unique to say the least. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Hilton. Also, parking is $10 a night! This isn’t located downtown, it’s in the absolute middle of nowhere. Parking is plentiful.
I booked my stay here through a third party website three months in advance. Upon checking in, they couldn’t find my reservation due to changing systems in their computer. After several minutes of digging, the receptionist finally found my reservation and saw that it was paid in full, all they needed was a card to hold a $50 damage fee. I noticed the fee was never placed on my card during my stay, but one week after checking out, the hotel charged me for my entire stay.
