I am extremely disappointed with how the front desk handled my stay, particularly as a Lifetime Titanium Elite member who has been loyal to Marriott for many years. I came with my family to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and what should have been a special stay turned into a very frustrating experience. At check-in, I politely asked whether an upgrade was available. The front desk agent told me that larger/upgraded rooms simply did not exist at this hotel. 처음 들어섰을때 수영장이 보이면서 너무 아기자기하고 예쁘다 생각했습니다. 몇몇 후기에 보이던 청소가 안되있다는 리뷰에 방에 대한 걱정이 있었지만 침구류나 화장실이 깨끗해서 안심했으나 화장실에서 나는 발견했어요.... 벌레를 ㅠ 이건 방역이 필요할것 같아요 ...
