Great location. Friendly and professional staff.
The hotel is a bit dated but everything was clean and in good working order. All staff was incredibly kind, helpful and happy. Very limited drink and food menu at the restaurant/bar and the snack bar. Comfortable beds were a big plus!! 5 minutes from the airport and a shuttle that runs 24/7.
I am writing to formally report a very disappointing experience during my recent stay at Courtyard Hotel booked through Expedia. The room was not cleaned during my stay despite expectations and standard hotel practices. This created an uncomfortable and unacceptable environment, especially considering the level of service typically associated with this type of property.
