Large, clean, spacious, quiet room with a king bed and a sitting area. Couch was a little too soft and could have been more supportive. Could use more outlets near the bed and couch. Bathtub floor a little slippery, could use a mat or anti-slip stickers. I like that it has a small gym, indoor pool and business center although never got to try any of them. But at least they're available if needed. Lots of parking. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Restaurants and shopping a short drive away. Overall, pleasant stay. Would stay again.
Rachel working the front desk and bistro on a Friday night deserves a raise. Amazing service and I'll be using this hotel from now on when staying in Madison. Very clean room and quiet also. Close to multiple restaurants and stores.
Stayed here while my dad got chemo therapy the lobby was clean staff was friendly convenient location. The room did have a weird smell we had to get an air freshener and the hall had a terrible smell assuming it was marijuana.
In town to visit out son for 🦡 family weekend. Staying at Marriott Courtyard East. Just wandered downstairs for coffee... they don't provide complimentary coffee in the guest area, they didn't have any in-room (although we do have a tiny machine, cups and creamer/sugar/stir stick packs in our room) and the in-house 'starbucks' didn't have any brewed. ...
