Very nice patio, good size pool and the hot tub works. Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was very accommodating. Some more options for food would be nice at the bistro, but what they had was good
Nice hotel pretty clean good location right off the interstate.
Aside from the fact that my sofa is deeply stained, the wifi wasn't working. The front desk initially told me they were having problems all day. When I asked for a credit, they told me it was my problem. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that they wouldn't speak with me. I explained i was titanium (high status level) and they didn't care. Not even an attempt at providing customer service. This is the hospitality industry, right?
