Won't answer the phone
It’s a real nice hotel sure but no bath tubs!? That was a complete dream killer for me. I don’t even want to stay now be better off at a cheap hotel at least then I can soak in my bath!!
Concerning experience during my current stay. Honestly dont feel safe here after dealing with manager. This evening, I attempted to order room service and called the front desk twice. On both occasions, the call was abruptly ended. I heard the line click and return to a dial tone each time, indicating that the call had been hung up. When I went to the front desk to ask for assistance, I spoke with the manager on duty.
