Concerning experience during my current stay. Honestly dont feel safe here after dealing with manager. This evening, I attempted to order room service and called the front desk twice. On both occasions, the call was abruptly ended. I heard the line click and return to a dial tone each time, indicating that the call had been hung up. When I went to the front desk to ask for assistance, I spoke with the manager on duty. Thank you Woody for being 5 star!! I was traveling with my 88 year old mom and we ran out of steam on our way through Lagrange towards home in pensacola and it was late, about 4pm, no reservations and competing with the work traveler. Woody was so accommodating, professional and efficient. Excellent experience!! Highly recommend this location and staff!!
I really enjoy staying here. Downtown location is convenient for walking to all the downtown restaurants. Little ice cream shop around the corner i like to visit. There is a Starbucks and bar with good food in the lobby. Gym is good. Rooms are updated. Beds are not super comfy but OK. Chanel selection is on the low side but adequate. Ask for a room overlooking the square.
