Everything was amazing and they said they are reimbursing us but we know that what happened wasn’t Marriott’s fault! The rooms were clean and beautiful and the pool had a great view! But a nasty storm went through and knocked the power out until we left. We wish we could have stayed and swam more and had breakfast but we couldn’t even sleep in because it was getting warm in our room from no AC! So so frustrated with this business. Booked this hotel specifically because it advertised having a hot tub. Upon checking in around 5 PM on Friday, I was immediately informed the hot tub was not working. Since this was the main reason for booking, I spoke with the front desk manager within about 30 minutes of checking in and requested to cancel my stay. Very nice place, clean! Good food options!! Good pool size. Love the fire pit outside. Rooms are spacious. Comfy stay! Will continue with them as we go other places.
Pretty hotel. Nice seating areas inside and outside. Close to a lot of restaurants. Convenient location. All staff members that we encountered were very pleasant.
