Good hotel. Its consistent with other coirtyards
If staying on the first floor, prepare to be woken by people above walking (because of the very thin floors). Also could hear the room beside me. Staff is friendly, but somehow there was a mistake made that locked us our of our room temporarily. The standard king bed rooms have no microwave and there is no complimentary breakfast. The location is great. The parking is free (self-parking). Staff is attentive. The room does include a mini-fridge. And there are amenities like a fire pit, pool, shop, tables, etc.
There is no comp breakfast. There is an in-house restaurant where you can request things made of a menu.
They do a phenomenal job there. Eric at the front desk is a great example of how customer service should be. My go to hotel for Johnson City
