They do a phenomenal job there. Eric at the front desk is a great example of how customer service should be. My go to hotel for Johnson City
From all of the courtyards, Cassy was the best and nicest bartender/ server. She brought our food and drinks quickly and was great.
Enjoyed a two evening family gathering here and the hotel staff was very accommodating. They were able to coordinate our eight rooms close together and upgraded us to available suite rooms to gather. The location is fanastic with multiple restaurants within walking distance. Also pleanty of retail close by. Would not hesitate to reschedule here in the future.
