Very friendly and very clean.
No restaurant credit for a Titanium member. No free water for a Titanium member. Refused my voucher request for an upgrade. Place me literally next to elevator. There really is no point to the Courtyard brand any more. Other Bonvoy properties have much nicer rooms and treat elite tier members much better
Clean rooms. Kind people. Lots of food right there
