Very convenient location. Rooms were clean and modern. The pool/outside seating area is comfortable and well taken care of. The staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of secure parking and many restaurants and shops nearby.
My stay at the Courtyard Irvine Mariott was wonderful for several reasons. My room was not the fanciest, but it was super clean, smelled clean, and the view from the 2nd floor is fantastic! There was no microwave, which I missed, but the AC/fan worked great in 90 degrees. The best part of the hotel is the staff. The customer service was impeccable, friendly, and genuine. Alex and Jesse at the front desk were amazing!!! I am an Marriot associate from Pelican Hill in Newport Beach, and both of these two gentlemen made me feel very welcomed at home and help take care of me! Great guys to have a conversation with and true real people. Thank you for the help and making me feel so welcomed! Definitely will be back. 5 star service :) it’s nice to have this hotel down the street from my house while it’s be renovated. Very clean room and good amenities!
The room and service was wonderful and great here also so close to everything that we will definitely returning to stay here again soon.
