This hotel is in a fantastic location — especially convenient if you want to be close to the Irvine Spectrum. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and nicely maintained, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Service throughout the property was excellent. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile and a friendly hello, which added a welcoming touch to the overall experience. Great location but the credit card machines to get out of the paid parking lot are broken. Staff did not want to help and told me to come back into the lobby to pay. I’m already trying to pay and the machines don’t work. Next time just open the gate because it’s a machine problem and your guest shouldn’t have to go out of their way mid day because your machines are broken.
Excellent Stay at the Irvine Courtyard I had a great experience during my recent stay at the Courtyard in Irvine. The room was exceptionally clean, and it was nice to see that the towels were refreshed daily. A major highlight was the staff at the breakfast bistro. They were all amazing, but one woman in particular stood out. She always had a huge smile on her face and was so friendly.
