My experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Irvine Spectrum was extremely disappointing. After a long flight, I arrived to check in and there was an issue verifying my rate. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the front desk employee, Carlos, was rude, dismissive, and made me feel very uncomfortable. This is a great hotel for teams and for anyone competing at the Woodbridge Invitational. The staff had our keys and rooms ready to go right when we walked in and were extremely helpful during our entire stay. The rooms were nice and the hotel is conveniently located near the meet and the Spectrum Center, which offers many dining options.
