Really great location in the City Center shopping area in Plainfield. A convenient walk to shops and dining. Staff were kind and courteous - both at check-in and when I inquired about toothpaste. The room (single king) was a great size with modern styling and all of the expected amenities: mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, etc. My only complaint about the room is the heating/air system "appears" to be controlled by a wall thermostat, but I found that I could only adjust the settings at the actual unit. ... read more
I have spent way too much time here. It's a nice place to do that. Lot's of dining and shopping options. The rooms are clean and new. The heat works.
The hotel was pretty good except for the fact that they Charge my personal card and trying to get a hold of staff at this hotel after 5:00 p.m. is next to Impossible it's like they just don't like to answer their phones
Overall very good stay. But I think for over 200 an night, towels could be better, maybe provide some water, little better linens. But was comfortable. Staff was great and airport pick up was great.
