When we checked in we had an issue with the first room we were put into. We turned the AC on and left for a little while and came back to find the AC was leaking and there was a lot of water in the floor. The front desk quickly switched our room and was very apologetic about the situation. After our room switch our stay was nothing short of amazing. All of the staff were very friendly. The room was very clean, comfortable, and everything was in working order, and the amenities were high quality. We especially appreciated the extra outlets on the bedside table since both my sister and I use CPAPs. The staff was professionally friendly, personable, and very customer focused. We were very satisfied with this visit and hope to stay at Courtyard again the next time we are in Wilmington

My go to when I’m in town for work. Andrew at the front desk was a great help. It’s always great to see Nova at the bar as well. Clean rooms and convenient location.
I recently stayed at the courtyard by Marriott in Wilmington, and it was a great experience! The hotel was clean and modern, with a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel counter staff Andrew & Artist chief engineer as well as Ms.Kay was friendly and ready to help with anything I needed. My room was comfortable, and the bed was super cozy after a long day of flying. Also i enjoyed the on-site bistro- ran by Ms.Nova. Great food and convenient.
