I called to ask a simple question and to my surprise I was given disrespect. I asked my question with nothing but kindness. Maybe hire people with better customer service and you guys would have better reviews. IF I COULD RATE 0/5 I WOULD
Great room and excellent service.
I have stayed in possibly 1 billion Courtyards and I am only taking the time to post this review because the staff at this property is truly exceptional. Front desk A+. Cafe people A+. Shout out to Kaye (sp?) at the checkin process in particular. Not an exceptional location, and very typical environs, but very high quality staff make it worth the stay.
The GOOD: I'm a big fan of Marriott and of this specific hotel. I've stayed here a couple of times because the staff are always so friendly and the service is spot-on. The NOT-SO-GOOD: I've come to expect something more from Marriott properties since they all command uncompromising Marriott prices. While this location is great, the hotel itself leaves a little to be desired. The property is not really "Marriott Pricing Standards". While it feels clean, it screams, "I need updating!". I had an excellent experience at Marriott, and Colleen at the front desk truly stood out. She was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive throughout my stay. Her friendly attitude and willingness to help made the check-in experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s employees like Colleen who make a hotel stay feel special. She represented Marriott extremely well, and her outstanding customer service deserves to be recognized. I would be happy to stay at this Marriott again.
