Generally I was happy with the hotel, with only a few issues. Specifically the furniture in the room was rather dated, in fact the couch was so old and worn out it was unusable...painfully uncomfortable to sit in. Next the view out the window was of an Air Conditioning unit and a wall...we could hardly even see the sky out of the room...finally we were in a king suite which was advertised as having a kitchen. This hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. We had a king suite. The couch was so old and uncomfortable we had to sit in the kitchen chairs. The pool was unusable because the paint was chipping so bad it could cut your feet. The bathroom mirror light was so dark i couldnt get ready by it. The bed was comfortable which it why I didn't rate one star. I expect more from Marriott.
Upon checking in, our room was not ready, so the front desk staff upgraded us to a larger suite at no extra charge. Quiet, clean, and spacious, this hotel is a win.
Real friendly staff and patrons.
No Cartridge in printer downstairs, front staff super unhelpfull.
