I am a Ambassador Bonvoy and lifetime, titanium, out of all the marriots I've stayed in 20 years this was probably one of my worst experiences. The website notes that the hotel has been remodeled. But there is still 90% renovation going on. The pool area is under construction and can't be used. The bistro had a 19-year-old kid working it and can't serve alcohol, and when I ordered food, he came back 20 minutes later, saying that they didn't have any tortillas for the order I asked for. Decrepit and derelict cesspool.
Be careful if you have asthma Well, the staff at this facility is as kind and nice as can be, I will not be staying here again. It is barely clearly notated that renovations are underway when you reach the hotel. I was down for a week on a business trip and the first room that I was assigned was so damp and musty that as soon as I walked in my lungs started giving me trouble and the toilet paper roll was completely damp. Mr. Reggie at the front desk was outstanding—warm, accommodating, and genuinely friendly. He went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I travel every week, and he’s easily one of the kindest, most professional front-desk associates I’ve encountered.
