Really enjoyed my stay here! Room service was responsive and helped take out the trash. Room is bright, beautiful, clean. Location is quiet and I slept like a baby. Most wonderfully is their AC unit, it turns on a dime. It feels like it takes only minutes to change temperature. Most wonderfully of all is the excellent air quality. I was looking to book a room. When I walked in the receptionist immediately and rudely stated, “ I have multiple people in front of you.” I can understand feeling overwhelmed, but taking it out on a customer who hasn’t even opened their mouth to say a work is crazy. She could have greeted me first and politely said it, but she didn’t.
We were extremely pleased with our 2 day stay here. The Concierge was very attentive and courteous. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were on the 3rd floor and barely heard any other patrons. The nights were quiet. The bistro situation could be redirected, other than that all was well. We will be staying again soon.
We checked out of this hotel on June 27, 2026, around 4 AM. When we got to the airport, I realized I had left my earrings on the left side of the nightstand in our room. I called the hotel right away, between 5 and 6 AM. The lady at the front desk assured me she would contact housekeeping when they started at 8 AM and call me back. She never called.
