I got a warm welcome and my room was ready with a comfy bed on arrival. The gym facility was excellent. The lobby and common areas looked fresh and tidy with adequate Internet connection available. The hotel is located literally within the shopping area and therefore has a lot options for food and entertainment. The only downside I experienced was a lack of complimentary water in the room.
My stay at the hotel itself was fine — the rooms were decent and service during the stay was acceptable. Unfortunately, the experience after checking out completely changed my impression of this hotel. I accidentally left two brand new clothing items with the tags still on in the room: a pair of Steve Madden jeans and Fabletics leggings. I called the hotel the very next day to report the items and asked if housekeeping could check the room.
