I went to stay here for my birthday weekend & was sadly disappointed. The phones were down so you couldn't call room service. The next morning I got up & the power was out. Because the power was out there was also no water. I couldn't even brush my teeth. No lights, no water, no phones. What kind of a hotel is this??? Oh and the parking is paid. You have to pay to park your car even though you're paying to stay at the hotel. What a joke.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. This Courtyard location cannot seem to figure out mobile keys. I requested a digital key during check-in, but five hours later it still hadn’t been issued. When the mobile key failed, I had to head down to the front desk and wait 10 minutes for physical keys. Because digital access was completely unreliable, I asked for five key cards for our group.
