The ladies at the front desk were so kind and helpful. The hotel itself is dated and dirty, and the perfume scent is so strong. The rooms were dark and the bathrooms were filthy with hair stuck to the floor, bathtub, countertop, everywhere. The bathroom floor was sticky and had some sort of visible film on it from what was used to “clean” it. The same for the mirror. It was not a comfortable stay.
Room was clean. Staff was nice but they over charged me at the end of my 9 day stay without consent. I booked the room as a long term stay at a particular price per niggt and after checking out received a statement showing I owed double the amount for 1 of the nights reserved. Spoke with manager over the phone and was told they already collected my money and I’d have to take it up with my credit card.
Amazing staff. Check in was quick.
Stayed this past weekend for my family reunion and the staff was so kind and helpful. They always greeted us, heard a few compliments as we had theme events off-site, and with the bad weather made everyone feel welcome.
