There is no hot tub anymore- they have got rid of it.
Great place to stay, staff go over and above. Very friendly and helpful! Stayed here for 2 nights family member was getting their White Coat at High Point University. My diamond ring fell behind a shelf that was bolted to the wall. Maintenance man Brando went over and above to get my ring back for me.
AMAZING experience. Excellent customer service, meticulously clean, and the food was fantastic! All around a lovely experience!
I've been looking for a place to stay during my several annual trips top High Point. This is the best place I have found. When I stay at a hotel, I usually leave with a list of things I did not like. With this place (my first stay) I found no issues at all. I will return.
The ladies at the front desk were so kind and helpful. The hotel itself is dated and dirty, and the perfume scent is so strong. The rooms were dark and the bathrooms were filthy with hair stuck to the floor, bathtub, countertop, everywhere. The bathroom floor was sticky and had some sort of visible film on it from what was used to “clean” it. The same for the mirror. It was not a comfortable stay.
