Had no choice but to stay here during a time where a storm left most of the county without power in 90 degree temperatures. I paid over $200 for the room and cleanliness was questionable. The bedding had a black hair in it when I turned the sheets down, the room smelled like mildew and there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. The location was bad too, tucked away in a remote area.

This place is the best hotel I've stayed at in the area. I truly love this hotel. It's the staff that makes it great and the renovation makes it feel like brand new. I've been coming to this hotel for a year now and highly recommend. Even before the renovation it was good...clean and comfortable...great bar and breakfast...and again amazing staff. Disappointed that the first morning there is no breakfast in the hotel. Rush put to get breakfast.
I had a reservation through Booking.com at the Courtyard by Marriot Harrisburg West/Mechanicsburg for June 5 to June 7. Upon arrival the front desk could not locate my reservation. I was told by the front desk the room had to be released by booking.com so they could charge me for the stay. After 45 minutes and a call directly to booking.com customer service they said nevermind, asked for my reservation confirmation and would honor the total cost of $364.11 for the 2 night stay.
