Be careful booking here. I stayed on a Saturday night in March 2026, one night paid in full thru 3rd party app (priceline). I was charged again for the same night. Called to correct, mistakes happen. The agent says she has taken off the second charge. Okay cool, mistakes happen. Wake up and they charged me 272.00 (original room price was 199.00) and a 20.00 incidental again. Just called and they said they would "investigate". Do not book here thru 3rd party and make sure you check your card at least a week after staying. The... read more

Well upon arrival, checked in. Most of the staff was friendly with the exception of one, ( I think she was manager level possibly). We proceeded to the elevator and the lights were not functioning properly. They had two portable lanterns in the elevator. Due to the darkness of the elevator, it was difficult to see. Per listening to some of the staff, the elevator has been with properly functioning lights for a few days.
