First time I've ever had a motel take advantage of us ..we were the last one to check in that night and the charged us 372 dollars and several people told us they rented it way cheaper..we got price gouged never had a motel do this..my wife's sister held the room for us on her card and we got there an our later and they charged us 50 dollars more than her ..they gave no explanation..we talked to several other people who got it way less than us.. also no breakfast bar either they have breakfast but you must buy it and pay ext... read more

Checked in Sunday and it took 4 trips to the front desk to get a room that had been cleaned. Housekeeping only cleaned our room 1 day (to the front desk again for towels). Internet was down as was the elevator when we checked out. Had to carry luggage down 3 flights. Not a great experience. We are loyal Bonvoy members - this location is not up to standards.

Unfortunately, our luck, pool was out of service and we changed our plans. The manager Toshia went above and beyond to assist. She sets a high bar example and is a star for Marriott
