The rooms were very simple yet clean. The woman working at the front desk is very polite and the location can't get much better considering you walk across the street and you're at the beach.
Omg! First off I had one tiny mishap with my room, which could have been big. However, Ms. Angela and Ms.Natasha (who has the funky sweet cute personality) were my life savers. Ms. Angela was so determined to fix the lil situation and Natasha was right behind her. They went above and beyond to fix everything they really made my stay and gave me a good laugh. I do plan on visiting again and I will definitely be on the look out for my two girls. Thank you ladies.
When we walked in we was not greeted. We made it there at 3:30pm and had to wait 25 minutes extra to get our room. We had a paid reservation that was made 2 weeks in advance. We paid for a balcony room and we received a non balcony room and they refused to give us any type of refund. They said they was booked that's why we couldn't get the room we paid for which I think was some bulls***.
