The staff is fabulous! The hotel was clean and everyone was so kind and helpful. The meeting room we rented worked perfectly for our group of 32. We loved the rooms and enjoyed the pool!
I’m not one to normally write reviews, but we had to stay at a hotel for the morning and didn’t arrive at the Courtyard until around 3am. Initially we booked only the one night but changed our mind around 4am and I went down to the clerk to see if we can go for two nights instead to sleep in properly. Despite me being there at such an odd hour and requested two different things, Bill the clerk, was phenomenal and patient with my requests and half-asleep mind despite it being well past midnight. The hotel is nice and clean but this WiFi is the worst I’ve seen at a Marriott brand hotel. Worse than Best Western WiFi. Working on 9 mbps down & up is wild.
Terrible treatment of families! We arrived in the evening, but later at night, we had to leave the hotel in search of a safe place for our baby to sleep. After a long trip, we understandably used the shower and beds to recover, only to be told we wouldn’t get a refund because of it. Our family of five—myself, my husband, our 20-year-old son, our 6-year-old daughter, and our 11-month-old infant—was given a room with only two queen-size beds and absolutely no other accommodation.
