I had a room booked until Friday, needed to change to Thursday because my flight home got changed. I requested a 4pm check out that the manager denied, when the room was going to be booked anyways. Not very professional of MJ Reyes the manager on duty.
Dari and Noah are two of the most hospitable, helpful, and pleasant people you will ever meet. They made sure all 10 of us got acclimated perfectly and comfortably, all while solving technical issues. They are phenomenal.
Big, comfortable rooms, TV, office and bedroom. Great location and easy parking.
Nothing to complain about. Great central location downtown. Comfy bed
