Hotel is clean and modern. Courtyard/Pool area is spacious and the perfect place to relax. Banquet room was wonderful and in a great location. Bar/Bistro area was perfect after a long drive. Overall, the hotel is great but every member of their staff has exceeded our expectations. Thank you, we appreciate all of your hard work. Your pride in excellent customer service shows. We can’t wait to come back!
HUGE shoutout to Nayely at front desk. She was SUPER sweet, friendly and accommodating not just to us but everyone who walked by and she talked to while I was standing there & checking in. Managers- she has great potential be a customer service trainer for hotel. Location of hotel is great for convenience but little loud if stay on highway side. The hotel did have a sound machine on nightstand which was nice. Would be nice if rooms had a little fridge and at least a free continental breakfast. They do have a Starbucks in lob... read more
