The location of this establishment is easily accessible and the rooms are acceptably clean. However it seems like they changed most of the client-facing staff within the last months - for the worst. On most nights a grumpy man heads the front desk, who is gruff in his manners; check ins with him take excessively long. The room was clean we only needed one night, the person at the front desk was not trained properly, he greeted us with a "what do you need?" We thought it was rude he also asked what we were in town for? We answered that we had an appointment but thought it was an unnecessary question, when we tried to connect to the wifi we were told is only for the members not the guests, for a $210 dollar a night hotel 3 star is very disappointing!
