Not pleased with my visit. Left and went elsewhere after waiting almost 10 minutes for someone at the front desk.
UPDATE a month later and the manager is still refusing to pay me whats owed. After multiple business gave reached out. This will be an easy lawsuit because how much proof do you need to show you should refund me for double charging me. He’s denied every request from my bank to the 3rd party. In the end this could’ve been handled professionally yet this manager let emotions get in the way I mean look at his response to my concern. My first visit and a great experience. Beds were comfortable A/c cooled well Nice amenities Friendly staff & mixologist My only feedback is regarding the cash only bar or customers have to walk to front desk to pay with credit card. #awkward I'll return again. Thank you!
