Beds appeared to be clean. Only 2 towels for 3 guests. Went down to breakfast which we had to pay for and there was no food left. Bald man working the area was very rude to us and I wasn’t even talking to him. Pool area was out of control and no one to monitor it. No towels and appeared to have not been cleaned. I think there was only one person working in the whole hotel. Room next to us was noisy. Screaming and hollering! We are leaving a day early and moving to the Holiday inn down the road. Won’t be back.

Very clean, and I feel very safe. Breakfast is declious and healthy! Esbeidi was super helpful!

Very disappointing and honestly unsafe experience. I checked in a little after 4 PM on 4/24 and wasn’t given room keys until after 8 PM. A four-hour delay just to access a room I already paid for is unacceptable. It got worse once I finally got into the room. The door did not properly lock when leaving, and the next day I realized it also could not be secured from the inside. I later found out this issue had already been ongoing, but no one informed me at check-in or offered a different room. That’s a serious safety concern.... read more

The hotel is run down at best. The rooms are fine but the elevator is old and the walls paper thin. No control over what goes on in the hall way. Woken up multiple times with kids running and loudly talking at 4 am. Then when we checked out, noticed we left two stuffed animals in the bed about two hours after checkout, called to get them shipped to us, was put on hold for twenty minutes, then they said we had to fill out a form that they would send to our email, they never sent the email.
