This is a nice hotel in a nice location. The rooms are clean and I’m a Marriott member. I love the location. However, the Internet at this hotel has always been slow and sometimes I cannot get my work tablet or my personal tablet to even connect to the Internet. Using the TV to try to watch Netflix it will just load and take forever to watch anything. Very disappointing for being a Marriott hotel.
After staying at Marriott properties for the past decade, I can honestly say this was the worst experience we have had. The only positive thing I have to say is the assistant GM was incredibly friendly upon check-in and the lobby smelled amazing. Other than that-the elevator was broken, our key cards didn't work, the WiFi was non-existent, the cable/tv kept cutting in and out, the heat only worked occasionally and the bed was hard as a rock. 1/15/2025 Room 400, made a reservation for the wrong date, Desk Clerk Sarah corrected everything and got me taken care of, an excellent employee. The stay was great, clean quiet rooms. But Sarah’s saving intervention was the best part for a long day.
