Extremely convenient location in the historic Deland downtown with tons of good restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Just about a five minute drive to the Stetson Mansion and a 15 minute walk to the Deland Mural Walk. Lots of parking at a very reasonable price.
The location is good right by a park. Went to walk and drink coffee sround 8am but a person who is struggling with mental health was made camp and I had to leave. The room is big but in need of renovations. Paper coming off wall. Holes in ceiling of bathroom, general dirt and disrepair.
Overall loved the hotels location and the service was great! The lobby and rooms were mostly clean. Did notice the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, some mold and unclean tiles and walls. Beds were cozy and sheets clean! AC worked well. They did have a pool to use as well! Pros: Great location - walking distance to most bars and restaurants in historic downtown. We were there between Christmas and left on Jan. 6th, 2026. Amanda was a great help getting us in our room and settled. Everything was great and a nice area where we walked the street and di some shopping. Cute area and will probably come back again. Thank you.
