Fail out of the gate. Check-in desk didn't say a single word to me because she was on the phone during the entire check-in. Titanium Elite - over 600 nights at Marriott; horrible check-in experience. Not only did she not place the call on hold, she was horrible at multitasking. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing, especially when it came to cleanliness. The towels in my room had hair stuck to them, which was honestly disgusting. I also found several hairs on the bed. I don’t know what their cleaning or laundry process is, but based on my personal experience, the room did not feel clean or sanitary at all.
